Best New Music of March 2013

It is the start of a new month. That means looking back at the month that was in music. Now some of these are cheating as they were not all released in March. Some come from albums that were released earlier in the year, but the song did not really begin to make headway until this past month, while some I may have come across and thought they were so amazing I would be short changing people if I did not include them.

Some of the standouts this month include: a new track from France-based pop band Phoenix; recent XXL Freshman class stand-out Angel Haze; the return of Vampire Weekend; and the always amazing Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
