Short Film Fridays: A Two-for-One

It has been a bit since I have done one of these so I figured I would do a double feature. The first is a great animation entitled “Doomed”, a CG animation that exercises incredible creativity. Doomed is the creation of El Señor Studio and Director Guillermo García Carsí. It explores “failures of the natural selection. A set of strange creatures whose instincts instead of focusing on survival seem doomed them to an absurd and comic extinction, in the presence of the astonished gaze of the narrator.”

The second short film is “Noreen” by Director Domhnall Gleeson, son of Brendan Gleeson (who stars in the short). Harry Potter fans may know Domhnall as Bill Weasley from the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 and 2. It is quite entertaining and funny so do check it out.
