This week’s short film is a small, but hilarious piece out of South Korean animation house Alfred Imageworks. Directed by Kyungmin Woo, Johnny Express plays like a fantastic Futurama episode where a space delivery man has to deliver the world’s smallest package to a planet inhabited by a nano-sized civilization. I don’t want to spoil what happens next, but I can promise you that you will laugh pretty hard.

I do not know much about Alfred Imageworks, but based on their website portfolio, it appears that they mainly work in design and advertisement. While surely lucrative, I hope that this short has great success as I would love to see much more original content coming out of their house.
