So today’s short film is a little different. Okay, a lot different. This is a pure and exhilarating ride through absurdism all in the guise of crappy 1980s television. Too Many Cooks, brought to us by Adult Swim, revels in its material so much that it’s initial incoherence paves way for one of the most satisfying arcs I have seen since David Lynch was in his heyday. This is dark, dark satire. At first it may seem like just a silly little parody, but please stick with it through to the end.
