This week’s short is, for lack of a better word, short… very short. But it is also stylish and aesthetically polished! Brought to us by the design collective Art & Graft Studios, 1150 Canyon Road is a single take animated sequence, the kind of which would make Alejandro González Iñárritu proud. The general design direction is very simplistic, but as the general mood of the short is 60s California mod, that design choice works compellingly well with this short. It is only going to eat up 2 1/2 minutes of your life, so please give this short a view. You will thank yourself for it.
